BGS Leadership is an educational consulting firm on a mission to help school districts reach their full potential. Founded in 2021 by Drs. Eric G. Bell, Justin M. Gardner, and Matt J. Slattery, we leverage over 50 years of combined experience working in and with K-12 school systems to elevate leadership, teaching, and learning.

BGS Leadership provides critical outside perspective and expertise that equips districts for positive growth. Our  collective experience allows us to quickly identify growth opportunities and facilitate positive change across all levels of school leadership and operations. By collaborating with an insightful third-party consultant, districts gain an invaluable advantage when working to build capacity, improve outcomes, and make progress on strategic goals.
